Fortunately, Tricity offers a streamlined solution, making these processes more efficient for professionals and homeowners alike.

With Tricity, creating detailed floor plans is straightforward. You can quickly generate a new layout or import an existing plan in JPG or PDF format. The next step involves placing electrical components—such as sockets, switches, and lighting fixtures—in their correct positions. Subsequently, you input the layout of the fuse box and specify which components are connected to each fuse. Once completed, a single click allows Tricity to generate accurate situation sketches for all floors and corresponding wiring diagrams, including configurations for multiple fuse boxes.

Tricity also supports the creation of diagrams for home automation systems, including Niko Home Control, Bticino MyHome, and KNX. Users can add additional details to these diagrams, such as addressing metadata. Furthermore, the software facilitates the generation of diagrams for solar panel installations, allowing input of relevant information like brand, inverter, and battery details. Support for charging station diagrams and inspection data is also included.

Designed to comply with AREI 2023 standards, Tricity performs automatic checks for violations—such as sockets connected with 1.5mm2 wiring—and provides warnings accordingly. The generated diagrams are suitable for official electrical inspections in Belgium and the Netherlands.
